Zymr is seeking an experienced Lead ReactJS Developer to drive the development of high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and leading front-end teams to deliver robust and scalable user interfaces using ReactJS. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to create seamless and efficient digital experiences.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the front-end development team and oversee project execution using ReactJS
- Architect and implement responsive and high-quality web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for full lifecycle product development
- Maintain coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality
- Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications
- Research and implement best practices in modern front-end technologies
- Mentor and guide junior developers
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with Redux / Context API for state management
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and front-end integration techniques
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Hands-on experience with Git, Webpack, and CI/CD pipelines
