AI Model Fine-Tuning Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AI Model Fine-Tuning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and extensive experience in machine learning and AI model fine-tuning. You will be responsible for refining and optimizing machine learning models to improve their performance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Fine-tune pre-trained AI models to meet specific project requirements.
Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models using Python.
Analyze and preprocess large datasets for training and evaluation.
Implement and evaluate various machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of models and make necessary adjustments.
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI and machine learning.
Document processes, experiments, and results for future reference.
Requirements:
Proven experience in fine-tuning AI models and machine learning projects.
Strong proficiency in Python and its libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
Experience with data preprocessing, augmentation, and manipulation.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
