Key Responsibilities
Microsoft is looking for a Software Engineer with a track record of success, results, and (preferably) a background in large-scale, full-stack systems. You will collaborate on your design with Microsoft’s partner engineering teams and with our PMs to design, build, and maintain features that meet our customers’ needs and deliver on timely company performance.
Understand the vision, direction, and implementation of new features. Experience using new features. Experience using Agile methodologies and/or Test-Driven Development (TDD). Willingness to learn new technologies. Implement automation tools to increase efficiency. AI drives a company’s growth.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree. Strong communication skills to collaborate with global teams and be recognized by their identity. Must be able to read, writeing, and speaking English.
Must have a good understanding of data structures and algorithms. Must have experience in a cloud environment. Must have experience in system design.
