Stakeholder Collaboration
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and define user requirements for various scenarios.
Dependency and Design Development
- Identify dependencies and create comprehensive design documents for products, applications, services, or platforms.
Code Development and Optimization
- Write, implement, optimize, debug, refactor, and reuse code to enhance performance, maintainability, and return on investment (ROI).
Project Management Collaboration
- Utilize expertise in product features and collaborate with stakeholders, such as project managers, to guide project plans, release plans, and work items within the workgroup.
System Monitoring and Issue Resolution
- Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) to guide engineers by developing and adhering to the playbook. Monitor systems/products/services for issues, alert stakeholders, and take actions to resolve both simple and complex problems.
Continuous Learning and Adaptation
- Proactively seek new knowledge and adapt to emerging trends, technical solutions, and patterns to improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance. Drive consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
