Mid-Senior Laravel PHP Developer (Remote) – VirtualyystVirtualyyst is seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Senior Laravel PHP Developer to join our growing team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using the Laravel framework.
Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and maintain complex web applications using Laravel PHP.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, front-end developers) to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs, ensuring the smooth operation of applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Laravel and related technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- May contribute to writing unit and integration tests.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with Laravel PHP.
- Strong understanding of PHP fundamentals (object-oriented programming, design patterns).
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres) and database querying (Eloquent).
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A passion for building high-quality, scalable web applications.
Job Type: Contract
