We are seeking a skilled Node.js developer with expertise in building microservices using TypeScript. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ORM tools and hands-on experience with OLTP databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL. Exposure to cloud environments is considered an additional advantage for this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable microservices using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Integrate and utilize ORM tools efficiently within the microservices architecture.
- Design and implement database schemas, ensuring optimal performance for OLTP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement APIs for various services.
- Ensure code quality through unit tests, code reviews, and continuous integration.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Node.js development for building microservices.
- Strong command of TypeScript for writing efficient and maintainable code.
- Experience working with ORM tools in a production environment.
- In-depth knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL databases for OLTP systems.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
