- Ready to do phone 60-70 calls every day
Responsibilities :Internet Research skillsFor Sourcing profiles use of Social media (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram etc)Call and Email communication and coordination with candidate and ManagementManage the IT and non IT Recruitment ProcessPosting & publishing job descriptions on our network and different portals.Sourcing candidate smart way / methods and free Database from job portals
