Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver MIS reports for management and clients using tools like Power BI and other analytics software.

- Support and enhance business processes to strengthen internal controls and improve efficiency.
- Implement and utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools for streamlining repetitive tasks.
- Manage and optimize workflows and document collaboration using SharePoint.
