Youtag Infotech Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the delivery of top-quality software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying defects, developing test plans, executing manual and automated tests, and ensuring all products meet functional and design specifications. You’ll work closely with developers, project managers, and product teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects using standard tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and best practices
- Participate in daily stand-ups and project review meetings
- Provide detailed reports on testing progress and product quality
- Recommend process improvements for more effective QA practices
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC processes
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools
- Familiarity with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or TestNG (preferred)
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
