Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Assurance Engineer located in Karad. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards as per customer requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address product defects, customer complaints, and internal quality issues. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will contribute to the success of our products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (Min. 2 years) in Manufacturing quality assurance and quality management principles
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in conducting internal audits along with employee/worker trainings
- Experience in facing customer & third party audits in quality assurance
- Experience in PPAP, APQP documentation
- Proficiency in computer software like MS office, AutoCAD, basic computer knowledge
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree OR Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering
