📝 Job Description:
Innefu Labs is seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of software applications before release. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and engineers to identify issues, design test plans, and ensure seamless software performance. You will be responsible for both manual and automated testing processes across multiple projects.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform manual and automated testing of software applications and systems
- Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure issue resolution
- Validate new features, patches, and updates before release
- Ensure product compliance with quality standards and best practices
- Conduct regression, performance, and security testing as needed
- Provide clear and concise feedback on test results and product stability
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman)
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile development practices
- Ability to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript (preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
