We are seeking a skilled React Developer responsible for building applications and collaborating with teams managing other layers of the product infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent programming skills, and a deep passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities :
– Develop a flexible and well-structured front-end application.
– Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
– Follow secure coding practices to avoid vulnerabilities such as XSS and CSRF.
– Maintain code quality by writing automated tests.
– Diagnose and fix bugs and performance issues.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality products on time.
– Develop new, highly-responsive web-based user interfaces.
– Construct visualizations to depict vast amounts of data.
– Take accountability and end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks.
Requirements :
– Strong problem-solving skills and solid computer science fundamentals.
– Excellent programming abilities and a passion for development.
– A curious mindset, eager to learn and adopt new standards.
– Hands-on experience in developing projects is a must.
– Logical thinking and a self-motivated attitude towards problem-solving.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Understanding of end-to-end web application development is an advantage.
Technical Attributes :
– Experience with JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
– Experience with automated testing suites like Jest or Mocha (or similar).
– Familiarity with Git is a plus.
– Knowledge of Redux, Context API (or similar).
– Understanding of REST APIs, document request models, and offline storage.
– Experience in developing highly-responsive, web-based user interfaces.
– Familiarity with transitioning existing React web apps to React Native is a bonus.
Education :
– Strong programming and communication skills are essential.
– A background in Computer Science is preferred.
– Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Master’s in Computer Applications are preferred.
