Overview
We are in search of an adept React and Node.js Developer to join our team, focusing on maintaining and evolving a large React/NextJS Business Intelligence web application. This role involves collaborating with a team to enhance an existing platform by building new features and developing peripheral services. As part of our fully remote team, you’ll tackle challenging projects that necessitate a blend of technical proficiency and innovative problem-solving.

While we are based out of the UK, we are fully remote, with a tight-knit and diverse team, in locations including Middle East, Europe and USA.
Job Description
As a key member of our development team, you will focus on the continuous improvement of our React/NextJS business intelligence web application. This includes routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and the development of new features and services that enhance functionality and user experience. Your role is critical in ensuring the scalability and performance of our platform, working in tandem with a dedicated team to meet our clients’ evolving needs.
Skills and Experience
- Professional Experience: 5+ years experience in a professional software development environment
- React.js Understanding: Solid knowledge of React.js concepts, components, and lifecycle methods.
- UI components library: Experience in working with Material UI/MUI-X 5+
- Functional Components:Â Proven expertise working with React Hooks and creating functional components.
- TypeScript Proficiency: Hands-on experience with TypeScript, specifically in conjunction with React.js for improved type safety and code readability.
- Node.js Skills: Experience in Node.js development for creating server-side or serverless architecture.
- Front-end Mastery: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build interactive, accessible, and responsive interfaces.
- State Management: Deep understanding of state management in React, with experience utilizing Redux, MobX, or other state management tools.
- Debugging and Testing: Adept at testing and debugging, with familiarity using libraries such as Jest and React Testing Library.
- Version Control: Proficiency in Git and other version control systems to maintain codebases and handle project versions.
- Build Tools: Experience with build tools and package managers such as Webpack, npm, and Yarn.
- Next.js Expertise: Knowledge and experience in using Next.js for server-side rendering and creating highly optimized applications.
- English Language: Fluent in English Language
