Connexions is seeking a proactive Recruitment and Client Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage, and acquire new clients while managing the recruitment process for existing and potential clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in business development and recruitment.

- Source and recruit candidates for client requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and provide solutions
