Overview

A fast-growing cybersecurity startup is hiring a Remote Account Director to lead expansion revenue across existing enterprise customers. This is a fully remote role offering $150k base and $300k OTE, working with a proven product that detects and removes fraudulent brand imitators at massive scale. You will be the first expansion-focused hire, partnering closely with Enterprise AEs and Customer Success to drive upsell and cross-sell growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive expansion revenue across existing enterprise and mid-market accounts
• Partner with Enterprise AEs and CSMs to identify, qualify, and close expansion opportunities
• Build and define the expansion sales motion from 0 → 1
• Manage and close complex SaaS expansion deals
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations
• Forecast expansion pipeline accurately and maintain CRM hygiene
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, SDRs, and Customer Success
• Contribute to scalable processes and best practices as the company grows

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a strong focus on expansion or account growth
• Experience building or scaling a sales motion from scratch
• Background in cybersecurity or digital risk management is a strong plus
• Ability to close complex, high-value enterprise deals
• Strong collaboration skills with AEs, CSMs, and technical teams
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
