What You’ll Do
As a Blockchain Developer at Our Client, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, working on all stages of product development.
You’ll have the opportunity to :
- Develop cutting-edge Solana-based features and integrations
- Design and implement secure and efficient smart contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and bring ideas to life
- Optimize blockchain performance and scalability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Solana ecosystem
- Analyze on-chain data and contribute to data-driven decision-making
- Continuously iterate and polish features based on user feedback
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in blockchain development (Solana experience)
- Strong understanding of blockchain architectures, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract development
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in blockchain development (e.g., Rust, C++, Go, JavaScript)
- Experience building scalable and high-performance systems
- Solid grasp of cryptographic principles and security best practices
- Full-stack development experience (frontend and backend)
- Passion for the crypto and DeFi space
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Willingness to work long hours when needed to meet critical deadlines
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem and Anchor framework
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
- Experience with DeFi protocols and trading platforms
- Familiarity with other blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, BSC, etc.)
- Active participation in the crypto community and ecosystem
- BS / MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or other quantitative fields
