The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Assist in the management and analysis of operational and financial data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and aid decision-making. Experience with tools such as Excel, and Python for data analysis is preferred.
- Communication: Work cross-functionally with teams to gather, understand, and document business requirements. The ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner is essential.
- Conduct a detailed analysis of key trends and growth drivers for the DeFi products. Assist leadership in formulating a launch strategy for each chain
- Set up and monitor KPIs for Stader Labs on each chain
- Formulate and execute data-driven growth strategies to expand product penetration on each chain.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience after undergraduate school
- Candidates must be from Web3/Blockchain/Crypto domain.
- Inclination towards Tech and DeFi is a plus.
Bonus points
- Excitement/ hunger to learn about the crypto space
- Experience in Blockchain or Cryptocurrency protocol
