What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain smart business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
- Create compelling dashboards and automated reports tailored to business needs.
- Gather and interpret stakeholder requirements to build meaningful data models and visual narratives.
- Manage and manipulate data from Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL environments.
- Validate data accuracy, usability, and ensure consistent performance across analytics platforms.
- Support strategic projects and decision-making processes with actionable insights.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure data-driven strategies align with business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, DAX calculations, and migration of reports.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL pipelines, and query optimization.
- Familiarity with other BI tools like Tableau, QlikView, or similar is a plus.
- Solid understanding of stakeholder communication, both technical and non-technical.
- Financial and/or marketing data analysis experience is an added bonus.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
