Job Title: Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support internal data analysis, maintain key datasets, and generate insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, Power BI, Python, and other data analysis tools, with a strong focus on database management and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform in-depth analysis of internal and external data to generate insights and reports for business stakeholders.
- Database Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain product and customer databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Data Processing & Automation: Develop automated dashboards, reports, and data pipelines using Excel, Power BI, and Python to streamline data analysis.
- Data Integration: Link internal datasets with external reference sources (e.g., regulatory and market data) for comprehensive analysis.
- Commission & Performance Tracking: Support commission calculations and internal tracking processes by ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros, Power Query).
- Experience with Power BI (or other data visualization tools) for interactive reporting.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret complex datasets.
- Ability to work with large datasets and maintain data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
