At Lucidity, Front-end Engineers play a vital role in developing user interfaces and ensuring seamless interactions with cloud-based applications and services. Their responsibilities extend beyond creating visually appealing interfaces to integrating with cloud services and technologies.
What you’ll need
Must Haves :
- Strong expertise in modern web technologies: JavaScript (ES Next), HTML5, CSS/Sass,
- Experience in creating web frameworks: ReactJS.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in contributing to architecture, design, and product implementation.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and experienced in working within Agile teams.
- Skilled in developing responsive applications with robust architecture and UI design.
- Ability to write comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests, along with creating testable components.
- Knowledgeable about best coding practices and adept at maintaining documentation.
- Understanding of API design and development.
Good to have
- Collaborative mindset to work with infrastructure and DevOps teams for optimising deployment and hosting in cloud environments
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP is advantageous.
- Familiarity with building automation scripts to support Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipelines.
Additional
- Academic background in Computer Science or equivalent
- Contribution to open-source development projects
- A self-starter and able to perform with minimal direction
