- Design and implement complex features and components for our web applications using React.js, Redux, and Ant Design.
- Build reusable, high-quality, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and modern coding standards.
- Drive fast execution and shipping of features, aligning with startup dynamics.
- Implement and maintain high-quality, reusable, and scalable code
- Work closely with designers to ensure UI/UX consistency across our products
- Own the entire tech development lifecycle
#Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of full-time or internship experience with React.js/NextJs, Redux (including advanced middleware like Redux-Saga or Redux-Thunk), and Ant Design.
- Mastery of React.js fundamentals and advanced concepts such as hooks, context API, HOC, and performance optimization.
- Deep expertise in managing state with Redux, including complex scenarios, asynchronous actions, and managing side effects with Redux-Saga.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Solid experience in translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance front-end code.
- Strong proficiency with modern JavaScript (ES6+), including advanced features like async/await, closures, destructuring, and functional programming concepts.
- Solid experience in debugging and fixing existing codebase bugs, and continuously improving deployed features for performance and scalability.
- Knowledge of browser rendering behavior and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Grunt/Webpack (optional but beneficial).
