Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic & Motion Designer. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling graphics, motion graphics and design content. Day-to-day tasks include video production, graphic design, and working closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality graphics. The role will also involve brainstorming and conceptualizing new ideas to enhance our visual presence.
We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling social media content, including static creatives, video animations, reels, and motion graphics. You’ll also assist in brand asset creation such as logos, visual identity elements, and campaign branding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging social media posts (static and animated) for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create short video animations, reels, and motion graphics to enhance digital campaigns
- Assist with brand asset development, including logo design, style guides, and templates
- Edit and enhance raw video footage for use in marketing or promotional campaigns
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaign visuals
- Maintain consistency across all visuals in line with brand guidelines
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design tools
- Solid understanding of motion design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
- Experience in video editing, animation, and designing for social media
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and motion work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines
- A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and visual storytelling
- Experience with Canva, Figma, Notion, and similar tools
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Experience working in startup environments
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphic Design, Motion Design

- Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous motion graphic work
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field is preferred
