- Role: Business Development Executive (SaaS Sales & Outreach)

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn about sales, outreach, and client engagement in the fast-growing SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) industry. No prior experience is required—just a strong willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, company databases, and online forums.
- Assist in creating outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings and calls with potential clients.
2. Relationship Building
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and challenges.
- Learn how to build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and clients.
- Represent DMD in a professional and friendly manner in all interactions.
3. Sales & CRM Management
- Maintain and update lead details in the company’s CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Track responses and follow-ups to ensure smooth lead progression.
4. Market Research & Learning
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on client interactions.
5. Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with senior sales and marketing professionals to improve outreach strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ No prior experience required—just a passion for learning and sales!
✔ Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team.
✔ Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and email communication.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
