We are looking for a qualified PL/SQL developer to join our team.
Responsibilities :
– Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of user areas
– May include hands-on new development support, maintenance, or enhancement of existing applications
– Commit to and actively work to remain knowledgeable in the latest coding languages, database software, systems, standards
– Strong understanding of relational databases (including tables, views, indexes, table spaces )
– Model, design and maintain data warehouse including table structures, stored procedures, views and functions.
– Individual Contributor client facing Role
Requirements :
– Should have a good knowledge in Advanced PL/SQL.
– Strong Oracle Database Development skills, including SQL, PL/SQL, Database Design and Stored Procedures.
– Proficiency in Oracle Database development and administration, including PL/SQL, triggers, and optimization techniques.
– Expertise in Unix/Linux,(Optional Pro -C) programming for batch processing and automation is a plus, training will be provided if needed.
– Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and customers.
– Should have very good communication skills/interpersonal skills and experience in interacting with North America counterparts/clients
– Should have exposure to Unix and shell scripting
– Exposure to debugging and troubleshooting is an added advantage
– Should be willing to work in North America shift timings and provide on-call support on weekends
– Exposure to the financial domain is an added advantage
