Job Overview:
We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer with web design and graphic design skills to join our creative team. You will collaborate with senior designers and developers to create functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design:
- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile apps.
- Work on improving user interfaces by following best practices for usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate with senior team members to conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions.
- Support the development of UI patterns and design systems for consistency across digital products.
- Learn and apply UX principles to ensure intuitive and user-friendly designs.
Graphic Design:
- Design visual assets for web pages, social media, marketing materials, and branding.
- Create icons, illustrations, and banners to enhance user interfaces and brand identity.
- Support the creation of marketing campaigns by designing digital assets for ads, emails, and promotions.
Web Design:
- Assist in the design and layout of responsive websites, ensuring they are mobile-friendly and easy to navigate.
- Help ensure that web pages follow modern design trends while remaining functional and optimized for performance.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs on the web.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, and web design (internships, personal projects, boot camps, or similar).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how it affects web design.
- Strong ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and an understanding of cross-platform compatibility.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively with others.
Nice to Have:
- Some experience with design systems and establishing consistent design practices.
- Knowledge of front-end development (JavaScript, React, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- Exposure to user research, A/B testing, or analytics tools.
- Familiarity with tools for motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
- Experience in designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
