We’re on the hunt for a highly talented, product-minded Engineer to join us as a core team member. Someone who’s not just passionate about writing great code — but about crafting meaningful experiences and making a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
80% thinking, 20% coding — you’ll architect, challenge assumptions, and design elegant systems.
Ship weekly — No red tape. No endless approvals. Just you, your ideas, and fast execution.
Own the tech roadmap — From backend to frontend, dev ops to data, you’ll have the authority to make decisions.
Be the voice of engineering — Collaborate cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and advocate for what matters.
Lead & scale — Should be agile in learning new TechStack and have clear basics and not afraid to go through long lines of code .Build the dev culture, mentor future hires, and grow the team from the ground up.

Develop and own software solutions (Full Stack)
Work with Founder and Software Architect to bring new features to life
Write clean ,improve existing code , make it efficient, with good code coverage
Debug issues and ensure application stability
You Should Have:
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PHP)
Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) or back-end frameworks (e.g. Django,Laravel)
Comfortable using Gen AI tools (eg Cursor) ethically , [need a 10x developer]
Familiarity with databases (SQL) and version control (Git)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills
Play store & App store app push-ability [maintain history of deployments]
Bonus Points:
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
