Overview

We are hiring a Remote Online Tutor to join a growing e-learning team based in Keene, New Hampshire. This fully remote role focuses on delivering high-quality virtual tutoring to K-12 students across the United States. Reporting to the Director of Academic Services, you will play a key role in improving student outcomes, engagement, and satisfaction through personalized, data-driven instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live one-on-one and small-group tutoring sessions via Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Align lessons with curriculum standards using Canvas and Google Classroom
• Create assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide timely feedback
• Develop personalized learning plans based on student performance data
• Support students through academic and technical guidance during core hours
• Collaborate with curriculum, product, and operations teams
• Maintain accurate session records, progress reports, and compliance logs
• Participate in quality assurance activities and best-practice sharing
• Analyze learning outcomes and report results to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject, or equivalent teaching experience
• 3–5 years of experience as an online tutor or virtual K-12 instructor
• Proficiency with online teaching and collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, Canvas, etc.)
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Ability to manage multiple student schedules effectively
• High-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
• Experience using data to guide instruction and improve student performance
