Birlasoft is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our remote analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive BI dashboards and analytical reports. This role requires strong analytical thinking, data visualization expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable insights.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Work closely with business teams to understand data requirements
- Transform raw data into meaningful insights using DAX and Power Query
- Optimize existing dashboards for performance and usability
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reports
- Troubleshoot issues related to BI reports and data sources
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective BI solutions
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ETL processes is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
