Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day (5 days a week) responsibilities of customer support(chat and emails)
- Take customer calls and help them over it
- Solve small technical issues for the customer
- Create a knowledge base and add proper documentation
- Understand the product end-to-end
- Be part of the vision and get involved with the team
