🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced support for InvestCloud’s digital platform and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, application, and integration issues
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to improve platform reliability
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively address potential issues
- Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows using scripting tools
- Manage escalations and ensure timely issue resolution for clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, fixes, and platform configurations
- Ensure adherence to security policies and compliance requirements
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Linux/Unix system administration and Windows Server environments
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with application monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, Splunk)
- Understanding of network protocols, APIs, and integration troubleshooting
