Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces and experiences for responsive web applications.
- Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web application designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, and other prototyping software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate design decisions.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HTML/CSS basics for design handoff.
- Experience with Figma, Balsamiq or similar tools
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.
- Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
