Role Overview
- As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing seamless digital experiences that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You’ll work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business objectives.
- This role requires a blend of creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills to design responsive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing digital products.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design & Development
- Design user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Optimize UI elements for different devices, ensuring a seamless responsive design.
User Research & Testing
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to understand user needs.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to make data-driven design improvements.
- Implement A/B testing, heatmaps, and session recordings to improve user engagement.
Collaboration & Implementation
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Communicate design concepts and solutions clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Provide design feedback and improvements throughout the development lifecycle.
Design Trends & Best Practices
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and frameworks.
- Ensure all designs follow accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and best practices.
- Continuously improve designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a web agency or product-based company.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into user-friendly designs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Good-to-Have (Bonus) Skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (not mandatory but helpful).
- Experience in motion design, micro-interactions, or animations.
- Exposure to design systems like Material UI, Tailwind UI, or Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and UX research tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.).
