We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences across a variety of products and solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into elegant design solutions. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
· Work for a variety of client projects, from research and ideation to high-fidelity design and
prototyping.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints,
ensuring user-centric solutions.
· Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to clearly communicate design concepts.
· Create and maintain design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency across
projects.
· Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering insights to refine and improve designs.
· Ensure all designs are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with client branding and
requirements.
· Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate implementation of designs.
Desired Skills:
· 4 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
· Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
· Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Power Power Platform is a plus.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
· A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact on real-world projects.
Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles.
· Experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, or enterprise applications.
· Familiarity with the unique design considerations and constraints of Microsoft Power Platform
(Power Apps, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
· Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a bonus.
