As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create intuitive, user-centric designs. You should be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user needs.
- Work closely with product managers to define design requirements and specifications.
- Contribute to the creation of design systems and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Improve existing UI designs by making them more intuitive and user-friendly.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 9 months to 1.5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience in graphical work and design for web and mobile platforms.
- Experience with AI or no-code tools will be preferred.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform design standards.
- Knowledge of user research techniques and usability testing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work (web and mobile apps).
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new design methodologies.
