Key Responsibilities:
- Design websites and product dashboards for our digital health applications
- Create mockups, visual designs, and interactive prototypes
- Develop brochures, social media posts, and branding materials
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement user-centered design solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Contribute to the development of our design system and style guide
- Assist in front-end development tasks as needed
Requirements:
- (MUST HAVE) Prior experience and proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in creating marketing materials (brochures, social media posts)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in healthcare technology and mental health innovations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Basic understanding of front-end development frameworks
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Knowledge of branding principles and guidelines
