Objective:
Create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs for web and mobile application, ensuring an exceptional user experience and seamless interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research & Analysis
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Translate user needs and business objectives into effective design solutions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping (Figma)
- Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows using Figma.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate designs quickly based on feedback.
- Visual Design
- Develop pixel-perfect UI designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Maintain a consistent design system and reusable components within Figma.
- Collaboration with Developers
- Provide detailed design specifications and assets to development teams.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience and optimize workflows.
- Cross-Functional Communication
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate design reviews and incorporate constructive feedback promptly.
