This is a full-time, Remote role. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces and user experiences for our products. Daily tasks include creating mockups and prototypes, visual design, and collaborating with the front-end development team. The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with user needs and business goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in creating Mockups, Prototyping, and Visual Design
- Experience with User Experience Design (UED)
- Familiarity with Front-End Development
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in the HR tech industry is a plus
