We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic UI/UX Designers to join our team. As a fresher and 0-3 year experienced person, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of designers, developers, and project managers. Your role will involve designing intuitive user interfaces and crafting seamless user experiences to help deliver engaging websites.
Roles:
- Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to demonstrate design concepts.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyse user needs.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure designs align with usability principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor\’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Arts, Computer Science, or a related field OR Certification in UI/UX design courses is a plus.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Creativity: Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to convey design ideas and concepts effectively.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and receive constructive feedback.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a passion for solving design challenges.
- Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge: Familiarity with web technologies is a plus.
