Responsibilities:
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implement designs effectively.
- Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and industry best practices.
- Maintain design consistency and brand guidelines throughout all projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field (e.g., Interaction Design, Visual Design, Graphic Design) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or a similar role.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Framer or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI design projects.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
