We are looking for a talented Web Developer to join our growing team. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable web applications that support our sustainability mission and improve user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable web applications
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to implement new features
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure applications follow best practices in terms of security, responsiveness, and performance
- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js or Angular
- Experience with back-end development using Node.js, PHP, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Understanding of web security practices and performance optimization
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum development methodologies
