Overview

Master of Code Global (MOCG) is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound sales efforts across the North American market. This fully remote role (USA-based only) is ideal for a driven sales professional with experience in IT or software services who excels at outbound prospecting, relationship building, and pipeline generation. High performers will have the opportunity to fast-track into an Account Executive role.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-quality prospects within the ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Execute outbound outreach through calls, email, and social channels with tailored messaging
  • Conduct discovery conversations to qualify leads and assess business needs and pain points
  • Schedule and manage meetings and product demos for the sales team
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to design and optimize outbound campaigns
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of all prospect interactions
  • Provide feedback to improve messaging, outreach strategies, and lead-generation tactics
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead-generation targets

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or similar roles
  • Experience in IT services, software development, or technology sales preferred
  • Proven track record of outbound lead generation and quota achievement
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage prospects at Director to C-Suite level
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator
  • Strong research, analytical, and personalization skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Solid understanding of the North American mid-market and enterprise landscape
  • Must be based in the United States
