Roles Responsibilities
Excellent communication skills in front facing the customers during the demos on onboarding and guiding them from start to finish for a seamless integration
Assist customers by giving demos on the product and troubleshoot their integration with salesforcecom APIs Apex Visualforce and implementation of other salesforcecom developer products
InDepth knowledge on critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
Resolve customer service issues and skillfully manage complex customer service problems
Carefully recreating the customer issuesuse cases and providing timely and feasible solutions
Guiding the L1 support team on technical issues and maintaining the new issues are being tracked and documented for future reference
Knowledge Skill Essential
InDepth knowledge on Salesforce related concepts like APEX APIs Visualforce and other integrations
Working knowledge of various tools opensource technologies and cloud services
