- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple recruitment channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for current and future roles
- Use data and analytics to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making
- Coordinate and execute employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns
