Responsibilities
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to Azure services, including system outages and performance slowdowns
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix problems with cloud-based servers, storage, and networking
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their cloud computing needs and recommend suitable Azure solutions
• System Monitoring: Monitor system performance to ensure all elements of the Azure platform are functioning as expected
• Security Implementation: Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
• Documentation: Document technical issues and solutions in the support ticket system for future reference
• Training: Keep up-to-date with the latest Azure products and features and provide training to clients or internal teams when necessary
SKILLS
Must have
• Senior with more than 7 to 8 years of experience on the below
Skills and Experience:
• Experience with Microsoft Azure involving design, deployment, configuration, and optimization.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in IaaS and PaaS solutions, scripting (Perl, Python, PowerShell), and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Azure CLI, Puppet, and Ansible.
Expertise & Hands-on Exposure on App Service Components:
– Container Instances, Key Vault, Storage accounts, Batch accounts, Application Insights
– Database for PostgreSQL, Data Factory, Service Bus, Analysis Services, Stream Analytics
– Cosmos DB, Event Grid, Log Analytics, Availability Sets, Event Hubs, Load Balancer,
– API Management Services, Logic Apps, Databricks, Function apps, SQL Database(Azure SQL and SQL Managed Instance), IoT Hub, Cognitive Services, Kubernetes Service
– Container Registry, Compute, Machine Learning, SignalR Service, Automation Accounts
