📝 Job Description:
Tranzact is looking for a highly experienced Senior Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems that power our web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of backend technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and experience working with distributed systems and microservices. You will play a key role in building robust APIs, optimizing database performance, and ensuring the overall scalability and reliability of our applications.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic and APIs
- Implement scalable and secure backend architectures
- Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features
- Optimize application performance and database queries for maximum efficiency
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Stay updated with the latest backend frameworks, tools, and best practices
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer or Senior Software Engineer
- Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Go
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Microservices Architecture
- Expertise in working with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and data security principles
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
