The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end data science initiatives, design predictive models, manage complex datasets, and collaborate closely with business and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions. This role requires deep expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data-driven strategy development.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data science projects from conceptualization to deployment
- Build, train, and optimize machine learning and predictive models
- Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights
- Develop algorithms, statistical models, and data processing pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions
- Present analytical findings, dashboards, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across all projects
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 4–7+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, etc.)
- Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data visualization
