🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for engineering positions across multiple domains
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and placements
- Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on best practices

- Proven experience in engineering recruitment or technical hiring
