Development & Architecture
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Flutter framework
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, business analysts, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Lead the complete development lifecycle from conception through deployment, testing, and post-launch optimization
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards Technical Leadership & Innovation
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and Flutter ecosystem developments
• Provide technical guidance on application architecture and mobile development best practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing initiatives
Quality Assurance & Performance
• Implement comprehensive automated unit and integration testing strategies
• Optimize application performance and ensure excellent user experience across devices
• Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Maintain code quality through continuous refactoring and optimization
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills :
• 4+ years of professional Flutter development experience
• Proven track record with published applications on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Deep expertise in Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and mobile development lifecycle
• Strong understanding of MVC/MVT architecture patterns and clean coding principles
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
• Proficiency with third-party libraries and API integrations
• Hands-on experience with Dio package for HTTP client operations
• Firebase expertise including Analytics, Crashlytics, and Push Notifications
• Experience with Codemagic CI/CD pipeline
