Job Description: TelcoBrain is seeking a skilled and creative Frontend Developer with a passion for UI/UX to contribute to our platform’s evolution. As a key member of our platform engineering team reporting directly to our Co-founder and CTO. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user engagement and drive customer satisfaction. Your expertise in frontend development and design will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional user experiences that resonate with our global customer base.
Responsibilities:
Frontend Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Angular 13 (and higher), strong knowledge in modern frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Develop responsive web applications that work seamlessly across different devices and browsers.
UI/UX Design: Collaborate with our design and product teams to translate wireframes and mockups into visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces. Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across the platform.
User-Centric Focus: Incorporate user feedback and insights into your design and development process, continuously iterating and improving the user experience based on real-world usage.
Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers to align on technical requirements, user interface design, and implementation.
Performance Optimization: Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast loading times and smooth interactions, contributing to an overall exceptional user experience.
Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design and frontend development. Propose innovative solutions that enhance user engagement and platform functionality.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of your frontend code to ensure functionality, compatibility, and stability.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 8 years of frontend development experience, experience with Angular framework is a must, with a focus on UI/UX design and responsive web applications.
UI/UX Expertise: Proficiency in user interface and user experience design principles. Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Frontend Technologies: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks (Angular is a must – React/Vue.js is an advantage).
Responsive Design: Experience developing responsive and mobile-friendly web applications that provide a consistent experience across various devices and screen sizes.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
