Jobgether is seeking a skilled and proactive Senior IT Support Specialist to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the companyās IT infrastructure, managing user support requests, and ensuring seamless system performance. Youāll handle technical troubleshooting, system upgrades, and provide expert-level guidance to the IT support team.
š Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve complex IT issues across hardware, software, and network systems
- Provide technical support to employees across different departments
- Maintain and monitor system performance, security, and backups
- Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications
- Collaborate with vendors for system upgrades and maintenance
- Document procedures, incidents, and solutions for internal knowledge sharing
- Support IT project implementations and ensure business continuity
- Train and mentor junior IT staff on support processes and tools
š ļø Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or System Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Experience with network troubleshooting and remote support tools
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based services
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bachelorās degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
